I hope you are having a lot of people over so they can enjoy all the work you put into your 4th of July decorations on your porch. But then, if not, I bet you have already had tons of people over via the internet! I appreciate the spirit and style with which you have prepared for the holiday. I hope you have a great celebration of our Nation's Independence.

Are you selling your home? 'Cause I'm ready to move in! What a darling porch. I love the colors and all the details. That view of your dining area through the screen door with the little star garland is just precious. Makes me wanna open the door and walk right in ... not that I would though. My mother taught me better manners than that. But seriously, I really love this post!
ReplyDeleteYour porch looks adorable and so festive. Should be in Better Homes and Gardens. Hoping that Kim features it next week. Stopping by from Wow Us Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteThat is so pretty! I would never take any of it down. Great job on the bunting!
ReplyDeleteLaurel,
ReplyDeleteyour front porch is fabulous as is your home! You did a amazing job decorating for the 4th! Your porch is wonderful as is your home. I lived in a 100 yr old farmhouse on 3 acres when I fist moved to NC from Cal and loved it. There was nothing better then sitting out on my porch listening to the rain beat on the old tin roof! Visiting from Kim's party and am your newest follower and would love for you to visit me.

Your porch and home are so beautiful! I love all the little details you look after, and how it all is so festive & patriotic!!
ReplyDeleteHappy 4th to my friends south of the border. :)
Laurel, you were so sweet to come by and check out my retro tags. Your comment made my day. But honestly, I'm no artist. I just took what others have created and which we have fond memories of and put them together with a little extra embellishment. I'm a big fan of those images. They remind me of my fun childhood, much of which was spent at the beach!
