Reloved |
When Sally FitzGerald, the editor of the upcycling magazine Reloved, contacted me early last spring from the United Kingdom and asked if she could feature one of my tutorials in the magazine's July issue, I could hardly believe it!

I sent off the photos and text for my painted craft stool, and then I started waiting with excitement for July to come.
Reloved |
Last weekend I was able to find a copy of July's Reloved at my local Barnes and Noble Book Store. It was SO AMAZING to see my DIY project and my blog's name in print on a magazine's pages! Reloved is a gorgeous monthly publication chalk full of fun upcycling projects and tutorials, and it was such an honor to be included there with a full two page spread.

I love the way my checkered stool is called a "chessboard craft stool" in the magazine. So British! (You can check out the original craft stool tutorial here.)
A special thank you to Sally, and a big hello today to all my
friends and followers in the United Kingdom.
