Note: I made this soup with leftover Corned Beef (only from Costco) 
that I had prepared the night before for my traditional St. Patrick's Day 
dinner. I saved the beef and broth  in the fridge and followed the rest of the 
directions the following day. It was delicious soup and will probably 
become a Saint Patrick's Day tradition at our house 
(like turkey soup after Thanksgiving.)
